FORGED AND ALTERED DOCUMENTS
The racist Caucasian SJTO member Kevin Lundy refuses to consider or care about the interracial married couple / tenants T2 related documents / materials that proved that the Caucasian Applicants Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio had lied about the events that happened in their L2 eviction application and that they created and filled forged and altered documents as evidence to support their L2 eviction application against the Respondents.
- Criminal Code – Forgery – 366 (1) Every one commits forgery who makes a false document, knowing it to be false, with intent (a) that it should in any way be used or acted on as genuine, to the prejudice of any one whether within Canada or not; or (b) that a person should be induced, by the belief that it is genuine, to do or to refrain from doing anything, whether within Canada or not.
- Canadian Criminal Code – Making false document – (2) Making a false document includes (a) altering a genuine document in any material part; (b) making a material addition to a genuine document or adding to it a false date, attestation, seal or other thing that is material; or (c) making a material alteration in a genuine document by erasure, obliteration, removal or in any other way.
Again it was clear that the racist Caucasian SJTO member Lundy was not concerned about this illegal activity and viewed the female of the interracial married couple / tenants as some stereotypical Angry Black Woman who was lying in an attempt to avoid being evicted.
If the racist Caucasian SJTO member Kevin would have considered these forged and altered documents, it would have shown that the Caucasian Applicants Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio were acting in bad faith and would have been grounds for a dismissal.
But again the racist Caucasian SJTO member Kevin Lundy was not going to consider the interracial married couple / tenants T2 documents / materials as it would have jeopardize any attempts by the racist Caucasian SJTO member Kevin Lundy to protect the Caucasian Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio and their L2 Eviction Application against the interracial married couple ( tenants ).
